GPU Dynamo is operated by D2D Advisory, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store passwords in plain text. Authentication is handled by Supabase.

Billing Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe may collect billing information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We store only your Stripe customer ID to link your subscription to your account.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data including pages visited, features accessed, and subscription tier. We use this to improve the Service. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking scripts. We do not serve ads.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only, required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process subscriptions and billing
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, subscription changes)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve the Service based on usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
